All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. REPLACE THE TORN DOOR GASKET ON THE 1 DOOR PREP COOLER.
MUST INSTALL END CAPS ON LIGHT SHIELDS IN THE PREP AREA.
OBSERVED A SEWAGE SMELL AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST LOCATE SOURCE AND MAKE REPAIRS. OBSERVED WATER BACKING UP INTO THE EXPOSED HANDSINK WHEN WATER IS DRAINING FROM THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST REPAIR SO THAT WATER DRAINS PROPERLY. WATER FROM THE PREP COOLERS IS LEAKING ONTO THE FLOOR. MUST REPAIR.
