All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.MUST CLEAN ALL DISPLAY SHELVES,WALK IN COOLER POP SLEEVES & SHELVING UNITS,WINDOW SILLS ,FAN GUARD COVERS IN WALK IN COOLER.
