The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. MUST CLEAN/ MAINTAIN OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA,GROUNDS, AND CLOSE DUMPSTER LIDS.
