Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. Clean and maintain the handsink free of labels and debris.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Repair or replace the damaged front counter ice bin lid so it is smooth and sanitary. Clean the walk-in cooler plastic air door curtain.
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. Employee food and drink needs to be kept away from above clean dishes and prep area.

MUST REMOVE ALL DEAD INSECTS FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE LIGHTSHIELDS AT REAR AREA OF THE STORE.
MUST REPAINT RUSTY GREASE TRAP LID ON THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF THE 3COMP SINK. MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS THROUGHOUT PREMISES TO REMOVE FOOD DEBRIS AT ALL CORNERS AND UNDER FRONT SERVICE DOUGHNUT LINE. MUST REGROUT FLOOR IN FRONT OF THE HOT WATER TANK IN THE REAR PREP AREA.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND SANITIZE MILK DISPENSING MACHINE, AND THE COOLATA MACHINE AT DISPENSERS. ALSO CLEAN THE ESPRESSO MACHINE.
MUST ADJUST LOOSE HOT WATER FAUCET HANDLE AT REAR EXPOSED HAND SINK NEXT TO 3COMP SINK.
