MUST PROVIDE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER TO THE COOLATTA ICE COFFEE MACHINE. THE MACHINE WAS NOT IN USE DURING THE INSPECTION. THE EQUIPMENT WAS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION.
MUST PROVIDE VISIBLE THERMOMETERS INSIDE OF ALL THE COOLERS.
