Found no backflow prevention devices at ice machine and three coffee machines.
All employees who handle food shall wash their hands as often as necessary to maintain a high degree of personal cleanliness and should conform to hygienic practices prescribed by the Board of Health. OBSERVED FOOD HANDLER NOT PRACTICING GOOD HYGIENE/NOT WASHING HANDS WHILE HANDLING COFFEE AND DOUGHNUTS. FURTHERMORE, HANDLING MONEY THEN PROCEEDED TO WORK WITH COFFEE/DOUGHNUTS WITHOUT HANDWASHING. LAST, NO SOAP AT EXPOSED HANDSINK OR ON PREMISES. INSTRUCTED FOODHANDLER TO STOP WORK AND OBTAIN SOAP FOR HANDWASHING. CRITICAL VIOLATION. CITATION ISSUED.

FOUND EXPOSED HAND SINKS IN POOR REPAIR LEAKY PIPE UNDER SINK. MANAGER CUTS OFF HOT WATER TO STOP THE LEAK. PLUMBER WAS CALLED AND HAS ARRIVED ON SITE TO FIX LEAK. CITATION ISSUED #7-38-030
FLOORS NEED CLEANING AROUND GREASE TRAP TO REMOVE SPILLS.
NOTED MISSING END CAPS TO LIGHT SHIELD INSIDE POP COOLER. MUST REPLACE.
