NO HOT WATER AT GIRLS AND BOYS BATHROOM ON THE ADDITION SIDE. MUST PROVIDE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER AT ALL TIMES UNDER CITY PRESSURE. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030 CITATION ISSUED.
