OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 30 LIVE FRUIT FLIES ON THE CEILING, WALLS AND CARDBOARD BOXES STORED ON THE SHELVES OF THE REAR PREP AREA. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.

MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS INSIDE WALK-IN FREEZER AND COOLERS. MUST REGROUT FLOOR IN FRONT OF THE 3COMP SINK AT THE REAR AS WELL AS IN FRONT OF THE REAR FIRE EXIT DOOR. MUST MAINTAIN FLOORS DRY AT REAR KITCHEN AREA.
