THE WALL WEST OF THE REAR PREP TABLE HAS A RAW WOOD DOOR AND UNSEALED WALL BOARD, SEAL THE WALL SO IT CAN BE CLEANED EASILY. SOME HOLES WERE FOUND IN THE STEEL WALL IN THE PREP AREA, FILL IN THE HOLES TO EASE CLEANING. CLEAN OR REPLACE THE DIRTY TILES ABOVE THE REAR PREP TABLE.
THE LIGHT SHIELDS ARE NOT INTACT ABOVE THE GRILL, REPAIR THE SHIELDS SO THEY PROTECT AGAINST POSSIBLE BREAKAGE.
