All garbage and rubbish containing food wastes shall, prior to disposal, be stored in metal containers with tight fitting lids and shall be kept covered except when opened for the disposal or removal of garbage. MUST PROVIDE INSIDE GARBAGE CONTAINERS WITH LIDS.
