All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors.MUST REMOVE CLUTTER-MILK CRATES FROM KITCHEN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.FLOORS ARE DIRTY IN KITCHEN,MUST CLEAN FLOORS IN DETAIL.

FOUND THE STUDENTS TOILET ROOMS NOT MAINTAINED I.E.NO RUNNING HOT WATER AT HANDWASHING SINKS LOCATED IN 1ST,2ND,3RD FLOORS.OBSERVED 2 STUDENTS WASHING HANDS WITH COLD WATER AFTER USING THE TOILET ROOM.MUST PROVIDE,MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.ALL OF THE ABOVE WITNESSED BY THE ENGINEER ON DUTY DURING THIS INSPECTION.SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030.
