All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF ALL DISPLAY SHELVES, STORAGE SHELVES, CHECKSTANDS, DISPLAY RACKS, ETC.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS NEED CLEANING UNDER ALL DISPLAY SHELVES, ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN SALES AND STORAGE AREAS. ELEVATE ALL STOCK OFF FLOOR.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. CEILING NEED REPAIR IN FRONT NORTHEAST CORNER (WATER DAMAGE). REPLACE MISSING AND STAINED CEILING TILES IN ALL AREAS. CLEAN ALL CEILING VENTS. SEAL OPENINGS AROUND PIPE FITTINGS UNDER SINKS IN WASHROOM AND UTILITY SINK. REPAIR WALL NEAR URINAL AND REPLACE MISSING BASEBOARDS IN MEN WASHROOM. WALL NEED REPAIR NEAR OFFICE DOOR.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. ORGANIZE REAR STORAGE AREAS. STORE STOCK AWAY FROM WALLS FOR EASY CLEANING AND PEST CONTROL. STORE MOP HEAD UPRIGHT TO PREVENT INSECT BREEDING.
