All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. MUST PROVIDE THERMOMETER IN THE 4 DOOR FREEZER FOR THE FROZEN ENTREE AND 4 DOOR FREEZER FOR THE FROZEN VEGETABLES AND THERMOMETER MUST BE VISIBLE. ALSO MUST REPLACE BROKEN THERMOMETER IN THE MEAT DISPLAY COOLER.
Adequate and convenient hand washing facilities shall be provided for all employees. NO PAPER TOWEL AND SOAP IN THE EXPOSED HANDSINK IN THE REAR PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL EXPOSED HANDSINK MUST BE PROVIDED WITH SOAP AND PAPER TOWEL. MANAGER ASKED ONE OF HER EMPLOYEE TO PROVIDE PAPER TOWEL AND SOAP WHILE I WAS STILL DOING THE INSPECTION. All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. ALL PACKAGED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES FOR SALE MUST HAVE A LABEL/NAME OF THE COMPANY, TEL#. NAME OF THE PRODUCT.
