All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. MUST PROVIDE THERMOMETER IN THE 4 DOOR FREEZER FOR THE FROZEN ENTREE AND 4 DOOR FREEZER FOR THE FROZEN VEGETABLES AND THERMOMETER MUST BE VISIBLE. ALSO MUST REPLACE BROKEN THERMOMETER IN THE MEAT DISPLAY COOLER.
Adequate and convenient hand washing facilities shall be provided for all employees. NO PAPER TOWEL AND SOAP IN THE EXPOSED HANDSINK IN THE REAR PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL EXPOSED HANDSINK MUST BE PROVIDED WITH SOAP AND PAPER TOWEL. MANAGER ASKED ONE OF HER EMPLOYEE TO PROVIDE PAPER TOWEL AND SOAP WHILE I WAS STILL DOING THE INSPECTION. CITATION ISSUED CRITICAL 7-38-030.
A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each Minor violation that is not corrected upon re-inspection by the health authority. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AND REPAINT WALLS. #38 FAUCET LEAKING AT 3 COMPT SINK IN MEAT DEPT.INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR TO PREVENT LEAK. CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS 7-42-090.
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. ALL PACKAGED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES FOR SALE MUST HAVE A LABEL/NAME OF THE COMPANY, TEL#. NAME OF THE PRODUCT.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOOR UNDER ALL THE PALLETS OF BAGS OF ONIONS NEED DETAIL CLEANING AND MAINTAIN.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. NO LIGHT SHIELD AND END CAPS ON SOME OF THE LIGHTING FIXTURES IN THE VEGETABLES DISPLAY COOLER AND MEAT DEPT. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELD AND END CAPS.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. LEAKING ON THE FAUCET CONNECTOR OF THE 2 COMPT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.

Found some food items not properly dated/labeled in deli cooler, storage shelving, must date and label food items in deli cooler, storage shelving.
Walk in cooler shelving/racks in meat department, had rust, peeling paint, shall be replaced/repaired, deli walk in cooler shelving that had rust/peeling paint, shall be repaired/replaced.Exposed raw wood shelving in storage areas, and walk in cooler in deli shall be repaired sealed.
Non food contact surfaces of cooler shelving, door tracks in deli cooler not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices), rear storage racks/shelving not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Floors under pallets/shelving in rear storage areas not clean need detailed cleaning(corners), floors behind coolers in front storage areas need cleaning(detailed).
Wall by 2 compartment sink had peeling paint, shall be repaired/sealed.
Missing light shield in walk in cooler(dairy), shall be provided, deli display cooler missing light shields, end caps, shall be provided.
