Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. MUST STORE ALL CLEAN UTENSILS, POTS AND PANS UPSIDE DOWN INVERTED TO PREVENT DUST ACCUMULATION .

Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. BURNED OUT LIGHT BULB INSIDE THE DISPLAY COOLER . MUST REPLACE LIGHT BULB.
Use dustless cleaning methods. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. CEILING VENT IN THE PREP ARA, VENT/FAN COVER INSIDE THE PEPSI REACH IN COOLER IN THE FRONT AREA, WITH DUST BUILT UP. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL AND MAINTAIN.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE INTERIOR OF THE DOOR OF THE REACH IN FREEZER IN THE REAR AREA.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FLOOR BEHIND AND ON THE SIDE OF THE CHEST FREEZER IN THE REAR AREA AND MAINTAIN.
