All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. PROVIDE STOPPERS FOR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN BASEMENT.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE DAMAGED CEILING TILES NEAR REAR OR PREP AREA. REPAIR MISALIGNED FRONT DOOR.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. REMOVE BOXES, CHAIRS, ETC IN STORAGE AREA IN BASEMENT ON WEST SIDE. CLEAN AND ORGANIZE STORE ALL ITEMS 6' OFF FLOOR.

All dishwashing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health. FOUND DISHMAHINE NOT SANITIZING AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION DURING ROUTINE RUN CHECK AFTER SEVERAL RUNS.FINALLY I FOUND OUT THE SANITIZING CONTAINER IS EMPTY,MGR.HAd NO IDEA HOW LONG IT'S BEEN EMPTY.CITATION ISSUED 7-38-030 SERIOUS.INSTRUCTED TO CHECK DISHMACHINE DAILY TO MAKE SURE UTENSILS ARE BEING SANITIZED. NEW SANITIZER CONTAINER WAS REPLACED AND DISHMACHINE NOW ABLE TO SANITIZE AT FINAL RINSE CDI.
