The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. SEAL OPENINGS BEHIND AND UNDER TOILETS IN ALL WASHROOMS. REPLACE MISSING OUTLET COVER IN STORAGE ROOM NEAR LUNCHROOM AND LIGHT SWITCH COVER IN TEACHER'S LOUNGE. REPLACE MISSING AND SEAL LOOSE BASEBOARDS IN LUNCHROOM AND WASHROOM AREAS. REPLACE ALL DAMAGED AND STAINED CEILING TILES IN ALL AREAS(LUNCHROOM, HALLWAY, STORAGE AND WASHROOMS).
