Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. MUST PROVIDE LIGHTING ON LEFT SIDE IN BED STORAGE ROOM,

The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OBSERVED TWO CEILING VENTS DUSTY. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN.

MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS BEHIND WHITE CABINET IN KITCHEN AND IN MOP SINK CLOSET.
MUST PROVIDE A SELF CLOSING DEVICE AT THE STAFF WASHROOM DOOR.
MUST REMOVE CLUTTER FROM THE REAR STORAGE ROOM WHERE STUDENT COTS ARE STORED. MUST STORE ALL ITEMS 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SHELVING IF NEEDED.
