THE FLOOR HAS GREASE BUILDUP UNDER THE WOKS AND THE KITCHEN BASEBOARDS HAVE A FLAT TOP THAT WILL CATCH FOOD AND DEBRIS, CLEAN THE FLOOR FROM CORNER TO CORNER AND COVE THE TILE SO IT CLEANS UP EASILY.
THE HOT LINE WORK TABLE TOP IS FULL OF HARD TO CLEAN GAPS, REPAIR SAID TABLETOP SO IT IS SMOOTH AND SANITARY.
THE SLIDING DOOR COOLER IS IN THE WAY OF THE EXPOSED HAND SINK FOR THE HOT LINE KITCHEN, THE COOLER WAS MOVED AT THIS TIME, KEEP THE SINK EASILY ACCESSIBLE FOR YOUR FOOD HANDLERS.
