The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPAIR LOWER WALLS AND CLOSE OPENINGS IN STORAGE ROOM TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE. WALL AROUND GARBAGE CONTAINER AT FOOD PREP AREA WITH CHIPPED PAINT. INSTRUCTED TO PAINT SAME. CLEAN CEILING SECTIONS THROUGHOUT PREP AREAS AND FOOD STORAGE ROOM TO REMOVE SPILLS, STAINS, AND DUST. CLEAN PIPING ABOVE DISH MACHINE AND NEXT TO COOKING EQUIPMENT IN KITCHEN. REPAIR CEILING SECTIONS INSIDE WALK-IN COOLER AND WALK-IN FREEZER.
PROVIDE END CAPS FOR LIGHT FIXTURE ABOVE COFFEE PREP AREA/EXPOSED HAND WASH SINK.

FOUND POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS INSIDE WALK-IN COOLER IN KITCHEN AT IMPROPER TEMPERATURES: COOKED BEANS AT 45.5F, READY TO EAT CHICKEN SALAD AT 49.3F, AND COOKED CHICKEN BREASTS AT 54.3F. ORGANIZE CLUTTERED STORAGE AREA AT REAR KITCHEN, REMOVE UNUSED EQUIPMENT AS NEEDED, ELEVATE ITEMS 6 INCHES OFF FLOOR AND AWAY FROM WALLS TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
