The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS THROUGHOUT REAR PREP AREA[UNDER PREP TABLES,3COMP.,ETC],FLOORS IN TOILET,STAIR WELLS, FLOORS BEHING REACH-IN FREEZER AT REAR, FLOORS BEHIND AND UNDER COOKING EQUIPMENTS UNDER HOOD NEEDS CLEANING.
