Floor throughout THE establishment needs detail cleaning especially along the wall base, all corner, under the cooking equipment, under the 3 compt sink ,behind the grease box, inside the closet of mop sink,under all coolers and prep tables, under the ice machine, under the wire shelvings inside the walk in cooler and maintain.
