Floor throughout THE establishment needs detail cleaning especially along the wall base, all corner, under the cooking equipment, under the 3 compt sink ,behind the grease box, inside the closet of mop sink,under all coolers and prep tables, under the ice machine, under the wire shelvings inside the walk in cooler and maintain.
Missing ceiling tiles above the mop sink. Instructed to replace. Stained ceiling tiles in the rear prep area. Must replace. Walls by the right side of the hood and walls by the fan at the rear area, needs detail cleaning. Hood with grease built up, instructed to clean in detail and maintain. Must readjust the threshold of the front door and maintain.
Cracked floor tiles in the front entrance door. Instructed to repair or replace floor tiles.
Ceiling vent inside the men's washroom with heavy dust built up. Must clean in detail and maintain. Fan guard inside the reach in cooler in the front counter with accumulated dust. Must clean in detail and maintain.
All clean pots and pans must be stored upside down to prevent dust accumulation.
found soiled linen and aprons on the floor inside the mop sink closet. Instructed to stored all soiled linens and aprons in a container or plastic bag, not on the floor.
