All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. THE FAN GUARDS INSIDE WALK-IN COOLER HAVE SOME DIRTY BUILDUP ON THEM WHICH WAS WASHED, RINSED AND SANITIZED AT THIS TIME.
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination. THE ICE SCOOP HANDLE WAS FOUND IN THE ICE MACHINE BIN AND WAS PUT BACK INTO THE INTERNAL HOLDER AT THIS TIME.

FOUND SOME UNECESSARY CLUTTER AT REAR OF PREMISES.(SHOVEL,BROOMS,ETC.)REAR OF PREMISES NEEDS ORDER AND CLEANING.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOORS HAVE SOME DAMAGED SPOTS UNDER THE FRYERS AND BY THE ICE MACHINE, RESEAL DAMAGED FLOORS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. CLEAN AND RESEAL THE LOOSE CEILING TILE IN THE NORTH COUNTER AREA.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. THE ICE MACHINE DOOR INTERIOR IS DIRTY, WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE ICE MACHINE.

MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOOR DRAIN UNDER 3COMP SINK IN THE REAR. MUST CLEAN FLOOR UNDER 3COMP SINK TO REMOVE GRIME BUILD-UP AND FOOD DEBRIS.
MUST REPAIR LEAKY PIPE UNDER EXPOSED HAND SINK AT FRONT PREP AREA.
MUST REPAINT OR REPLACE RUSTED VENT COVERS ABOVE THE 1DR REFRIGERATOR IN THE REAR PREP AREA.
MUST DECLUTTER AND BETTER ORGANIZE EMPLOYEE LOCKER ROOM. ALL ITEMS MUST BE 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR AT ALL TIMES (I.E.,EMPLOYEE SHOES).
