All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. Must install internal thermometers in all coolers.
One copy of the Food Inspection Report Summary must be displayed and visible to all customers. Last inspection summary report not posted anywhere for customers view. Last report cannot be located during this visit.
The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. Observed one of 2 garbage dumpster overfilled with garbage bags & the lids were wide open to about 2-feet high. Noticed trash/litter of various kinds on the grounds around the 2 dumpsters (such as plastic bottles,paper,cardboard,etc). Must keep this area clean, garbage lids closed/tight-fitting with chains & locks.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Must elevate all stock above the floor not under walk-in cooler shelves).
