All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. SLOW DRAINING OF HANDSINK AND LEAKING PIPE UNDER HANDSINK MUST BE REPAIRED; 5 FAUCETS IN 1ST FLOOR GIRL'S TOILET,2ND FLR GIRL'S AND BOY'S TOILET IN BAD REPAIR,MUST BE REPAIRED AND MAINTAINED; 2 FAUCETS IN MEN'S AND LADIES TOILET 1ST FLR IN BAD REPAIR ,MUST BE REPAIRED AND MAINTAINED

All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST REMOVE CARDBOARD/ COVERING FROM KITCHEN EQUIPMENT AND CLEAN/SANITIZE; ALSO CLEAN/SANITIZE COOLER, MICROWAVE OVEN AND CABINETS IN PRE-K CLASSROOM #104.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN FLOORS THRU-OUT BASEMENT/BOILER ROOM, SOME MOP CLOSETS AND STORAGE AREAS.
