FOUND CLUTTER IN THE BOILER ROOM OLD UNUSED FURNITURE, WOOD, BAGS ECT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND ORGNIZE SO NO INSECT OR RODENT HARBORAGE. FOUND OLD UNUSED DISHMACHINE THAT IS BROKEN. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REMOVE IT SO NO INSECT OR RODENT HARBORAGE.
CLEAN ALL WALL AND CEILING VENTS IN THE BOYS AND GIRLS TOILET ROOMS THROUGHOUT PREMISES HAS DUST BUILDUP ON THEM. THE 3RD FLOOR HALLWAY, CEILING AND STAIRWELL HAS PEELING PAINT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE PEELING PAINT AND PAINT.
REPAIR OR REPLACE THE 1ST LIGHT FIXTURE UNDER THE HOOD ABOVE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT.
