REAR DOOR NOT RODENT PROOFED 1/4' GAP ON BOTTOM OF DOOR. SEAL ALL OUTER OPENINGS ON DOOR TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY.
The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA NOT CLEAN AND MAINTAINED. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE ALL BUILDING MATERIALS OUTSIDE NEAR DUMPSTERS.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. PROVIDE ADEQUATE SHELVING FOR UTENSIL AND FOOD STORAGE.
