The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. OBSERVED FOOD BUILD UP ON FLOOR UNDER AND AROUND BREAD RACKS IN PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DETAIL CLEAN FLOOR AND MAINTAIN.
