MUST CLEAN ALL THE BOTTOM SHELVE OF THE PREP TABLE IN THE KITCHEN. MUST CLEAN THE INTERIOR PANEL OF THE ICE MACHINE. ALL WIRE RACKS INSIDE THE REACH IN COOLER NEEDS DETAIL CLEANING.MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE UNUSED INTERIOR DOOR OF THE DEEP FRYER, WITH HEAVY DUST BUILT UP.

PEELING PAINT ABOVE THE PREP AREA BY THE GYROS MACHINE, INSTRUCTED TO SCRAPE PEELING PAINT AND REPAINT WITH NON- TOXIC PAINT. NEED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL BEHIND THE DOOR OF THE BAR, WITH HEAVY DUST ACCUMULATED.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities.NO LIGHT SHIELD ON THE LIGHT BULB INSIDE THE REACH IN COOLER, MUST PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELD AND END CAPS. MUST PROVIDE THE PROPER LIGHT SHIELD IN ON OF THE LIGHTING FIXTURES ABOVE THE PREP AREA ABOVE THE PREP COOLER.
