All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. NOTED REAR OUTSIDE AREA (STORAGE FOR SNOW BLOWER,GARBAGE CART ETC) NOT CLEAN WITH LITTER AND UNNECESSARY ARTICLES STORED. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, MAINTAIN, AND REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES TO PREVENT RODENT HARBORAGE.
FOLLOWING IN NEED TO BE REPAIR: BOYS WASHROOM (2ND FLR) HANDSINK WITH LOOSE FAUCET (COLD), GIRLS WASHROOM HANDSINK (2ND FLR) WITH NO HOT WATER ON 1ST SINK, BOYS HANDSINK (1ST FLR) LEFT SINK WITH NO COLD WATER (BROKEN FAUCET).
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. FOUND TEACHERS LOUNGE IN 1ST AND 2ND FLOOR NOT CLEAN (INTERIOR OF MICROWAVE OVENS, REFRIGERATORS, COUNTER, HAND SINK ETC.). INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN TO PREVENT RODENT AND INSECT HARBORAGE.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE DEAD LIGHT BULB ON HOOD (FAR RIGHT) ABOVE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE KITCHEN.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR LEAKY DRAINPIPE UNDER MIDDLE COMPARTMENT OF THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.

The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. NOTED WALLS BEHIND/SIDE OF 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN POOR REPAIR WITH BLACK MOLD LIKE BUILD-UP AND WALLS BESIDE DISH MACHINE NOT CLEAN. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, MAINTAIN AND/OR REPAINT.--------MUST REMOVE PEELING PAINT ON CEILING IN BASEMENT STORAGE AREA OLD BUILDING.

Floor along wallbase in boiler room, dish washing area and several students toilet room not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean daily.
