The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED. OBSERVED EXCESSIVE GARBAGE OVERFLOWING FROM DUMPSTER PREVENTING THE PROPER CLOSURE OF LID. ALSO FOUND SEVERAL OPENINGS IN THE LID WHICH PREVENT INSECT AND RODENT PROOFING. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020 NO CITATION ISSUED.
Equipment and utensils should get proper exposure to the sanitizing solution during the rinse cycle. Bactericidal treatment shall consist of exposure of all dish and utensil surfaces to a rinse of clean water at a temperature of not less than 180F. RESIDENTIAL DISH MACHINE ON SITE. UNABLE TO PROPERLY WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE MULTI USE ITEMS. INSTRUCTED OWNER TO REMOVE FROM PREMISES. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-39-030 NO CITATION ISSUED.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OBSERVED DIRTY INTERIOR OF FREEZER. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN. CLEAN HOOD FILTERS. CLEAN DUSTY AIR VENTS THROUGHOUT PREMISES.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN FLOORS UNDER AND AROUND EQUIPMENT IN THE KITCHEN. REPLACE WALL COVING MISSING IN THE REAR CLOSET ONCE CLUTTER IS REMOVED. REMOVE BLACK INTERLOCKING FOAM TILES UNDER 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, HAND SINK, REFRIGERATOR AND KITCHEN CABINET. FLOORS MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES IN THE CLASSROOMS. REPAIR/REPLACE PEELING PAINT/WALLPAPER ON WALLS IN THE BATHROOMS AND CLASSROOMS. REPLACE CEILING TILE WITH HOLE ABOVE THE VENTILATION HOOD. REPAIR WATER DAMAGED WALL IN THE KIDS WASHROOM BELOW SINK CLOSEST TO THE WEST WALL. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE STEEL WOOL AND FILL HOLES AROUND PIPES UNDER WASHBOWLS IN CHILDREN'S WASHROOM. SEAL OPENINGS IN CEILING TILES IN HOT WATER HEATER ROOM.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. INSTRCUTED TO DECLUTTER UTILITY ROOM, CLASSROOM AREAS, AND REAR CLOSET. REMOVE WEEDS IN REAR PLAYGROUND AREA AND ALONG SIDE BUILDING TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE. MUST REMOVE POP COOLER FROM PREMISES. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SHELVING UNITS TO STORE ALL ITEMS 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR.
