Cleaning equipment shall be properly stored away from food, utensils, equipment, and clean linens. Found brooms not prpoperly stored by dish racks.
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. Found bulk food not properly labeled.(croutons, oregano, etc.)
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination. Found ice scoop not properly stored.
