SEAL ALL THE RAW WOOD BEHIND THE FRONT SERVICE COUNTER. ALSO SEAL EXPOSED BRICK BEHIND REACH IN COOLERS ON SALES FLOOR.
MUST REPAIR BROKEN FLOOR TILES AND EXPOSED PLYWOOD UNDER RUGS AROUND FRONT COUNTER. ALSO REPAIR BROKEN FLOOR TILES IN REAR STORAGE AREAS. MUST MAKE ALL FLOORS SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. MUST PROVIDE BASEBOARDS WHERE MISSING IN WASHROOM AND SEAL OPENINGS ALONG WALLS IN MOP SINK CLOSET.
MUST REPAIR THE BROKEN SELF CLOSING DEVICE AT THE EMPLOYEE WASHROOM DOOR.
MUST REMOVE UNNECESSARY IN BASEMENT TO PREVENT RODENT HARBORAGE. STORE ALL ITEMS 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR AND AWAY FROM WALLS. MUST ALSO REMOVE ALL UNUSED EQUIPMENT THROUGHOUT PREMISES.
MUST INSTALL A BACK FLOW DEVICE AT THE MOP SINK. MUST REMOVE BROKEN DRAIN BOARD AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND REPLACE.
