MANAGEMENT DISCARDED THE FOODS AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO KEEP PRODUCE IN THEIR SHIPPING CONTAINERS OR A CLEANABLE FOOD STORAGE CONTAINER. ALSO OBSERVED RED CHILI PEPPERS SOAKING IN WATER IN A BUCKET WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY USED TO STORE DISHWASHING DETERGENT. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO USE ONLY FOOD GRADE STORAGE CONTAINERS. MANAGEMENT DISCARDED THE PEPPERS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
