THE WALL IN THE 2ND FLOOR BOY'S WASH ROOM HAS DAMAGED PLASTER, REPAIR THE DAMAGED WALL. THE WALL TO THE RIGHT OF THE EAST THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE CAFETERIA IS DIRTY, CLEAN THE WALL.
THE FAN SHIELDS IN THE WALK IN COOLERS ARE DIRTY; WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE COOLER FAN SHIELDS.
THE 2ND AND 3RD FLOOR GIRLS WASHROOMS EACH HAVE ONE OUT OF ORDER TOILET, NUMBEROUS ALTERNATE TOILETS ARE AVAILABLE IN EACH WASHROOM, PARTS ON ORDER, REPAIR THE TOILETS.
THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF THE CAFETERIA WALK IN COOLER DOOR TO THE LUNCHROOM HAS DAMAGED TILES, REPAIR SAID TILES
