All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. THE FOLLOWING NOT CLEAN TOP SIDES FRONT AND INSIDE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT, THE HOODS AND FILTERS ABOVE, ALL THE FRONT CABINETS AND POP MACHINES. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FOUND ICE ON THE FLOOR BY BOTH FREEZER DOORS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE ICE AND HAVE UNIT CHECKED.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. THE WALK IN COOLER DOOR GASKET IN POOR REPAIR. INSTD. TO REPLACE IT.
