CLEAN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE, ORANGE JUICE, CREAMER, FRAPPE, SMOOTHIE AND POP MACHINES DRIP TRAYS, NOZZLES AND SPIGOTS, BLENDERS, CABINETS UNDER ICE CREAM MACHINE (SPILLS), ETC.
PROVIDE THERMOMETERS IN ALL COOLERS.
RE-INSTALL FAUCET ABOVE SOFT SERVE MACHINE.
