All employees must wear garments that are clean and of washable character and nature. Observed employee serving and preparing foods not wearing hair restraints. Instructed manager that all employees preparing and serving foods must wear a hair restraingts, hairnet, baseball csp or bandana.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Must clean in detail the floor inside the walk in freezer especially under the pallet and maintain.

Exhaust vent guards in walk in cooler in state of disrepair, shall be repaired/replaced, exhaust vents(ventilation) in walk in cooler, bathroom not clean, need detailed cleaning.
