MUST DETAIL CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE ICE MACHINE (COMPLETELY COVER OR REMOVE CONSUMABLE ICE), DEEP FRYERS, REACH-IN FREEZER IN FRONT AND REACH-IN COOLERS THROUGHOUT.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS IN ALL CORNERS AND UNDER/AROUND ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENTS.
FOUND LOW TEMPERATURE DISH MACHINE (NOT IN USE) NOT ABLE TO SANITIZE (0 PPM). INSTRUCTED TO HAVE UNIT SERVICED AND PROPERLY SANITIZING-UNIT WAS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION. CAN NOT BE USED UNTIL RE-INSPECTED BY CDPH. NO CITATION ISSUED.
