All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. FOUND 20-25 LIVE FRUIT FLIES SCATTERED IN KITCHEN AREA AND BREAK ROOM, INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE INSECTS ACTIVITY, PEST CONTROL SERVICE RECOMMENDED.

All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. BROKEN INSULATION AROUND PIPES IN WALK-IN COOLER, INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR.
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. CLUTTER IN BASEMENT, INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AND BETTER ORGANIZE.

MUST PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN INTERNAL THERMOMETERS TO PREP COOLERS BY FRY STATION AND GRILL AREA.
MUST REMOVE GREASE SPILL FROM INTERIOR OF DEEP FRYER IN PREP AREA.
OBSERVED STANDING WATER UNDER 3-COMP. SINK AND BY THE WASHING MACHINE. INSTRUCTED TO KEEP FLOORS DRY AND CLEAN AT ALL TIMES.
MUST FIX THE LEAK AT THE HOT WATER KNOB ON THE EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK IN THE FRONT PREP AREA BY THE OFFICE.
