OBSERVED THE REAR KITCHEN LIGHT SHIELD NOT CLEAN INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OBSERVED THE REAR PIZZA OVEN DRIP TRAY NOT CLEAN INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.OBSERVED WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILE IN REAR PREP AREA INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.OBSERVED THE FLOOR IN REAR NOT CLEAN INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND OBSERVED LIQUOR STORED ON THE FLOOR INSTRUCTED TO ELEVATE 6' OFF THE FLOOR. All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Cleaning equipment shall be properly stored away from food, utensils, equipment, and clean linens.OBSERVED CLUTTER IN REAR YARD REMOVE ITEMS NOT BEING USED. A certified food service manager must be present in all establishments at which potentially hazardous food is prepared or served.OBSERVED NO FOODSERVICE MANAGER ON PREMISES WHEN FOOD IS BEING PREPARED AND SERVED AT THIS TIME OF INSPECTION INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL MANAGERS.

INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN/SANITIZE; COOKING EQUIPMENT AND TO REMOVE FOIL COVERING FOR SAME EQUIPMENT. PREP FOODS INSIDE STORAGE COOLER AND DRIED FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS NOT LABELED, INSTRUCTED TO DATE/LABEL AND MAINTAIN. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE CLUTTER FROM REAR STORAGE AREA, CLEAN AND ORGANIZE TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE. ARTICLES MUST BE STORED OFF FLOOR, AWAY FROM WALLS. INSTRUCTED, FOOD HANDLER MUST WEAR HAIR RESTRAINT. OBSERVED POOR HYGIENIC PRACTICES, FOOD HANDLER PUT ON GLOVES AFTER TOUCHING NOSE, REMOVING SOILED UTENSILS, WIPING PREP TABLE, THEN RETURNING TO PREPARED POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. INSTRUCTED, HANDS MUST BE WASHED AFTER ANY CONTAMINATING CONDITION, BEFORE USING GLOVES AT THE EXPOSED SINK WITH WARM WATER AND SOAP. CRITICAL CITATION ISSUED, 7-38-010(A). EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE KITCHEN NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR PROPER HAND WASHING. OBSERVED SEVERAL MULTI-USE UTENSILS INSIDE THE SINK, A LARGE GARBAGE CONTAINER AND SEVERAL BOXES IN FRONT OF SAME SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ARTICLES, AND TO HAVE HAND WASHING SINK ACCESSIBLE FOR PROPER HAND WASHING AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL CITATION ISSUED, 7-38-030. NO SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES/OR PAPER TOWELS AT BOTH EXPOSED SINKS, KITCHEN AND BAR/OR WASHROOMS. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS AT ALL SINKS. CRITICAL CITATION ISSSUED, 7-38-030.
