APPROXIMATELY 20 MICE DROPPINGS NOTED SCATTERED ALONG THE BASES OF THE WALLS IN ENCLOSED GARAGE STORAGE AREA & 15 ON FLOOR IN CORNER BEHIND UNUSED ICE CREAM MACHINE IN REAR PREP AREA- MUST CLEAN & SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS THROUGHOUT, SEAL UP ALL OPENINGS AND RODENT PROOF BOTTOMS OF GARAGE DOOR (1/4 INCH GAP WITH VERY FLIMSY RUBBER ON BOTTOM) AND REAR DOUBLE DOORS(1/8 INCH GAPS NOTED).- CITATION ISSUED- SERIOUS
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OVER 25 RAT DROPPINGS WERE FOUND IN THE BASEMENT AND GARAGE PERIMETERS, ACTIVE RODENT HOLES WERE FOUND IN THE BASEMENT RAFTERS AND AROUND THE PLUMBING STACK. ORKIN PEST CONTROL IS ON PREMISES AT THIS TIME, CLEAN UP ALL EVIDENCE OF RODENTS AND SEAL UP ALL POSSIBLE RODENT HARBORAGE/ENTRY POINTS.
THE FRONT KITCHEN BATHROOM HAS A BROKEN HOT WATER HANDLE IN THE SINK, THE HOT WATER CAN STILL BE TURNED ON, REPAIR THE HANDLE. THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK HAS A SMALL LEAK, REPAIR THE LEAK.
A HOLE AROUND THE KITCHEN FLOOR DRAIN LEAKS SPILLED GREASE FROM THE FRYERS INTO THE BASEMENT, REPAIR THE FLOOR. REMOVE ALL GREASE BUILDUP FROM EVERY FLOOR AREA THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BASEMENT, GARAGE AND KITCHENS.
