All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST REPAIR RUSTED WALK-IN COOLER BOTTOM AND RUSTED CABINET DRAWER TOP BEHIND DESK AT MAIN KITCHEN.ALSO DAMAGED WOOD WORKS ON COUNTERS IN PRE-K CLASSROOMS #404 & 405 NEEDS REPAIR OR REPLACE WITH NONE POROUS PIECE.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. INSIDE MICRO-WAVE OVEN,HAND WASH SINKS ,COUNTER TOPS, AND INSIDE OF REFRIGERATOR IN TEACHERS LOUNGE WITH DEBRIS AND FOOD SPLASHES NEEDS CLEANING AND MAINTAINING AT ALL TIMES.ALSO SINKS AND CABINETS UNDER SINKS AT BOTH PRE-K CLASSROOMS WITH STAINS AND DEBRIS NEED CLEANING.
