OBSERVED LIVE CAT IN BASEMENT AREA SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. MUST PROVIDE VENTILATION IN BATHROOMS 1ST FLOOR AND BASEMENT
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. LARGE AMOUNT OF CLUTTER IN BASEMENT AREA, MUST REMOVE, CLEAN AND BETTER ORGANIZE
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST SEAL HOLES IN LADIES BATHROOM, 1ST. FLOOR AREA
None of the operations connected with food establishments shall be conducted in any room used as living or sleeping quarters. DURING TIME OF INSPECTION OBSERVED LIVING QUARTERS IN BASEMENT STORAGE AREA, ALL PERSONAL ITEMS MUST BE SEPARATE FROM LIVING QUARTERS
