POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS INSIDE SAID UNIT LABELD FOR 4/1/10 WITH TIME OF 9:00AM WAS RELOCATED TO WALK-IN COOLER. HELD FOR INSPECTION TAG PLACED ON SAID UNIT. FAX LETTER TO 312-746-4240 FOR TAG REMOVAL WHEN UNIT REPAIRED. CRITICAL 7-38-005(A) ISSUED.
