The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE ANY AND ALL WATER STAINED/WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES AND ATTACHED EQUIPTMENT. REPAIR/REPLACE DAMAGED WEATHER STRIPS ON DOORS.
