Dishwashing facilities not maintained or operated. High temperature dish machine not properly sanitizing utensil. High temperature dish machine final rinse at 170.6F. Instructed manager that final rinse must maintain 180F at all times of operation. Serious citation issued 7-38-030. 'Held for Inspection' placed on dish machine.

AND ORANGE AND BROWN SUBSTANCE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PLASTIC INTERIOR LID OF THE ICE MACHINE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE ICE MACHINE INTERIOR PANEL PIPE AND THE PLASTIC LID. TAGGED THE ICE MACHINE. INSTRUCTED NOT TO USE OR REMOVE THE TAG. CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS.7-38-005A.
ALL BULK CONTAINERS WITH DIFFERENT KIND OF CEREALS NEED A LABEL/NAME OF THE PRODUCT OUTSIDE THE CONTAINER.(INSIDE THE DRY STORAGE ROOM).
FIRST AND 2ND FLOOR LADIES AND MENS WASHROOM AND LADIES WASHROOM INSIDE THE LOCKER ROOM BASEMENT HAS NO SELF CLOSING DEVICE ON THE DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL SELF CLOSING DEVICE ON THE DOORS OF THE WASHROOM.
CAULKING WORN OUT WITH BLACK MOLDY SUBSTANCE ALONG THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK FOR THE POTS AND PANS, AND ALSO THE WASHBOWL SINK OF THE LADIES WASHROOM INSIDE THE LOCKER ROOM,BASEMENT. MUST RE CAULK AND MAINTAIN. MISSING DRAIN COVER ON THE DRAIN SINK OF THE 2 COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST PROVIDE.
MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FILTER BY THE HOOD, WITH DUST AND GREASE BUILT AND MAINTAIN.
