The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OBSERVED EXCESSIVE PEELING PAINT ON CEILINGS IN GYM.MUST REMOVE ALL PEILING PAINT FROM CEILING AREAS AND REPAINT AREA. ALSO MUST RE-SEAL HAND SINK AT WALL,TO PREVENT ANY HIDING AREAS FOR PEST.
Cleaning equipment shall be properly stored away from food, utensils, equipment, and clean linens. All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors.OBSERVED WOOD BOARDS/CLUTTER ON FLOORS UNDER STAIRS IN ENGINEER AREA.MUST PROPERLY STORE WOOD,ETC /ARTICLES OFF FLOORS ON PALLETS TO PREVENT A PEST HARBORAGE AREA.

MUST REMOVE ALL PEELING PAINT FROM WALLS AND CEILINGS IN 1ST,2ND AND 3RD FLOOR HALLWAYS AND AT ENTRANCES AS NEEDED. MUST REPAINT SAID WALLS AND MAKE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
MUST REPAIR LEAKY FAUCETS AT THE BASEMENT AND 3RD FLOOR MOP SINKS.
MUST REMOVE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FROM UNDER STAIRS IN BOILER ROOM TO PREVENT RODENT HARBORAGE.

REMOVE PEELING PAINT ON WALLS AND CEILINGS IN ALL AREAS, LUNCHROOM, HALLWAYS, ETC. SEAL ALL OPENINGS, CRACKS, CREVICES IN WALLS AND CEILINGS IN BASEMENT WASHROOM, ELECTRICAL ROOM, ETC.
ORGANIZE ALL STORAGE AREAS.
