All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST REMOVE SOAP,PAPER TOWEL IN 1 SINK IN CORRIDOR WITH SOFT SERVE MACHINE,AT THIS TIME SOFT SERVE NOT IN USE;INSTRUCTED SINK IS NOT FOR HAND WASHING
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. DAMAGED WALLS ON EXIT DOOR NEAR STORAGE AREA MUST BE FIXED

Ventilation not provided in toilet rooms. Instructed to install ventilation.
