All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. COOKING HOOD MUST BE CLEAN AND MAINTAINED;SCREEN DOOR AT THE REAR AREA UNCLEAN,MUST CLEAN OR MUST REPLACE; WASHBOWL SINK NEEDS RECAULKING
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INTERIOR COOLER UNCLEAN,MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAINED;CABINETS MUST BE CLEAN;WALK IN COOLER AIR FAN MUST BE CLEAN

Floor not maintained through-out. Instructed to detail clean floor along wallbase and repair wooden floor and around rear three compartment sink and reseal.
Cooking equipment, sinks, bulk storage containers, can opener, prep tables, storage shelves, coolers, fan covers, food display cases and storage racks not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize daily.
Walls and ceiling not maintained through-out. Instructed to repaint walls and ceiling.
Wooden shelves inside coolers not maintained. Instructed to apply non-toxic sealant to surface.
Bulk storage containers not labeled. Instructed to label all exterior containers with name.
Foods not protected during storage, display, service and preparation. Observed 7 full trays of assorted pastries sitting on top of display case not covered or protected and exposed to elements and customer contact. Instructed manager that all foods must be protected during storage and display. Serious citation issued 7-38-005(A).
Ventilation not provided inside toilet room. Instructed to have window open or install exhaust fan inside toilet room.
