Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. Observed one cracked ceiling light cover above pot wash 3-compartment sink. Must replace damaged light cover.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair Observed prep areas reach in coolers door rubber gaskets ripped. Must repair or replace all damaged gaskets.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Observed accumilated food debris inside fish cooler and inside prep coolers rubber door gaskets. Must clean and maintain all unclean equipment.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Must detail clean interior of unclean floor drains at bar area.

CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005 (B-2)

OBSERVED THE GROUND AROUND THE GARBAGE AND GREASE DUMPSTERS WITH A BUILDUP OF GREASE, FOOD LITTER AND GARBAGE. THE GARBAGE CAN WAS ALSO OVERFLOWING WITH WASTE AND GARBAGE. MANAGEMENT HAD THE GARBAGE REMOVED INTO THE OTHER GARBAGE CANS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN THE AREA CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
